Are you suspecting you have a problem with your smartphone but you are not sure what it is? We can perform a quick technical check within 20 minutes. In case the device has another problem that can not be detected with a quick technical check, a more extensive technical check is recommended that may last 2-5 days, provided that the repair is pre-approved by the customer.
If the repair is done, you will not be charged the diagnostic fee. If the device is deemed irreparable or you decide not to go ahead with the suggested repair, the diagnostic fee is 10€, as a minimum cost of the service provided.
